Whatever that reason is, know this: You didn’t get to this point overnight and you won’t become the ’new you’ that you desire overnight either. You simply cannot reverse years of laziness and poor choices in a mere few weeks. But you know that, right? If that is what they are selling, then run in another direction. Fast. There are a host of honest and talented coaches out there that can help guide you toward achieving your dreams. I am but one.
